On February 2012, Infopress Group received the PEFC certificate (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) – regarding The Custody Chain (COC-Chain of Custody of Forest Based Products). Holland Control Union Certifications, a well-known certification company, through its Hungarian representative, confirms the accomplishment of the conditions, required by the PEFC Standard ST 2002:2010. Therefore, the company receives the CU-PEFC-815268 Certificate, a highly important document on the printing industry.
The PEFC mission is to support the worldwide forests management, together with the FSC Council. The PEFC Certificate – Chain of Custody claims that the products, labeled with its identification code are manufactured with materials in which composition is used PEFC certified wood, being a strong warranty for the final customers.
The PEFC certified forest exploitations meet the highest environmental protection standards. All this are known as reponsible practice, regenerating actions and limited use of chemicals in those areas. After the FSC certification and the implementation of this standard, Infopress Group meets its clients requests, interested in getting PEFC labeled products. Moreover, the company aligns itself with the European Union demands concerning environment protection and rational use of forests.

As a result, the company implemented an Integrated Quality and Environment Management System, owing two certificates for Environmental Management System, according to ISO 14001:2004 and Quality Management System, according to ISO 9001:2008 and an FSC Certificate, according to FSC-STD-40-004RO.
